On check-in, we ask that you bring a copy of your Passport/ID card, we do not accept drivers licence, as well as the card that you used to make an online payment.
We use this data to help prevent fraud and to stop anybody from using your bank details without your permission. We will store this data for 6 months in compliance with your bank.
Under the GDPR (2018) you have the right to complain about the way we process your data. You can complain to us directly by email email@example.com and mark your email for the attention of the Data Protection Officer. You are also welcome to provide us with feedback.
